Artsie is an online store based in Singapore, focusing on selling products that are unique to the brand. Most of our products are handmade, homemade, DIY or designed by our in-house designers and partners. We want to share our passion for designing, crafting, making and helping others with our customers.
Where do you get your products from?
We work directly with both local and overseas suppliers or sellers to bring you unique products.
Why does your product take a long time to produce?
To help us keep our inventory risks low, we produce only upon an order. Hence some products may have a longer delivery time.

Where do you ship to?
We ship both locally and internationally. We offer free shipping on orders above $60 and also free self-collection service within Singapore. For international orders, you would need to enquire with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as we do not offer the service at the website. We would need to know your order items, your address and zip code. We will notify you of the international shipping rates via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer 2 payment methods: 1. Paypal: Simply opt to pay via Paypal at check-out. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can simply pay via Debit/Credit Card. 2. Direct Bank Transfer: Make your payment directly into our bank account within 24 hours.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
What should I expect after I placed my order?
Your order should typically reach you within 1-3 weeks (for local shipping), and 4-8 weeks (for overseas shipping) if all the items in your order are ready to be delivered. However, some products have to be made to order thus shipping times vary by products. Feel free to email us with regards to the status of your order.
How do I self-collect my order?
Once your order are ready for collection, we will drop you an sms to inform you of the self-collection details. After which, you may set an appointment with us to collect your order. If your order consists of any food products, we recommend you to pick up your order as soon as possible, as they are freshly made and do not contain preservatives.
If I am not able to self-collect my order, can I get someone else to collect on my behalf?
Yes, you can. It will be best if you can inform our team as soon as possible via sms or email us with the details.
How much is the delivery charges?
Registered Courier ($10 per address) or Self-Collection. Free Delivery within Singapore for purchases above S$60. For self-collection, by appointment only. You will see your delivery charges at the checkout page.
Who is delivering my order to me?
We have engaged a third-party courier service who will helps us with all of our local deliveries.
What happens if my order is missing?
We will not be liable for any loss/damage of your items during the delivery process. However, we will try to assist on case-by-case basis.

Can I cancel my order?
As we process your order as soon as we receive it, we may not be able to cancel your order or change it once it is processed. However, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I return my purchase?
Your satisfaction is important to us. As such, you have 7 working days to return your purchase from the date you received it. Please email us to let us know you will be returning the item and the reason for returning. Custom-made/Personalised items and food items are not eligible for returns.
